That’s amusing…the narrator makes it seem that the OS2U was one of the airplanes that “attacked the Jap target,” whereas obviously it attempted a later rescue of downed airmen from actual combat aircraft and then foundered in seas too heavy for it. And then the sub has to destroy it with gunfire so nobody has access to “secrets.” Secrets? Aboard a Kingfisher?
